I am completely indifferent to the whole natural vs. implants debate. There are very nice, small natural breasts, and there are very bad natural breasts. There are also very nice implants, and very bad implants. It has to do more with the overall look of them and how well they fit the girl's body. If I had to absolutely pick between the two, I would probably go for small natural ones, but honestly I would not be turned off at all by large implants as long as they look good on the girl.
Fake breasts are a near deal-breaker for me. I might make exceptions on a case-by-case basis, especially if there was a medical reason or something, but mostly, I'm NOT a fan.
I'm perfectly fine with small natural breasts, or medium natural breasts, or large natural breasts. They can all be very attractive to me.
I totally agree with you, unless the girl has a medical condition (in other words, one or both breasts might be defect(ed)) it is really a turn off. I only get this feeling that the girl got those fake t*ts just for attention.

Not sure if you are sarcastic or genuine but a majority of guys probably prefer larger..at least when young...but this argument is more about implants than small vs large...and what you are hearing is that large might be preferable to many but small real are better than large implants..o.O

I like large ones as long as they are covered. Natural are much better in the raw.

I prefer big and fake over small, but that's just me. Girls with fake boobs can have a skinny figure and good boobs, so best of both worlds. But, in general its just nice to have, not something I look for or anything.

I wouldn't say turn off but I prefer smaller. But most like big. And these questions always assume guys can tell. Should just show photos and ask which they like without saying 'they are fake'
I actually do know a guy who likes small boobs. He hates boobs. I don't know why, but he really does. And he's not saying to make his girlfriend feel better. She has huge boobs. He wants her to get a breast reduction.
I actually prefer small breasts...no matter who thinks I might be lying...and definitely want natural...implants would be a major turn off...and I honestly would not mind "flat as a pancake"...just the way it is...(:(:(:

I think there is no contest, small natural. When it comes to the size of the opposite gender, I have found that men are not as size centric as women.
