I saw this girl who is a mutual friend on le Facebook who has attention whore pics, and she is an exotic dancer.she has an attractive body, not a hottt body, but good enough.but she looks dirty and her face is fug. You've clearly never been to a strip club. It's no accident that they are kept very dark, with disco lights that give you little glimpses occasionally, but make it hard to see details. Besides, most guys are focused on boobs and butts, and girls work hard to keep their focus there.

In a big city, there may be one or even two upscale clubs that generate enough money that they can choose to only hire the hot, pretty, young girls with great bodies, but even in those areas, the other clubs will get the "left-overs", and most areas aren't big enough and don't generate enough money to be that picky.

Stripping is an occupation that rewards youth above most other factors; a 30-year-old may have a bunch of skill and experience, but she simply won't have the body of a 20-year-old, so she's likely going to end up working Monday-Wednesday during the day, while the hot young girls will work Friday and Saturday nights. Unless you're a famous p*rn star, your years of maximum earning potential as a stripper are few - 5 years on average, 10 if you're really hot and really good at making guys believe that they turn you on.

I have seen some BEAT DOWN strippers. They usually work the shifts where the club will never be busy, and only the most desperate drunk losers are still oogling the girls.

They make the worst money from dancing (no tips) and are most likely to go home with a guy and f*** him for rent money.

You only have to be pretty and talented to be a stripper at prime time, because that's where the money is.

I know plenty of girls that are strippers and face wise they are not even remotely attractive (sometimes their bodies are average).

The thing is, for a guy to be aroused you do not have to be very great looking.

I can't tell you how many times I see women that have no looks at all, and men get all googly eyed over them has they are walking by (because they are wearing next to nothing, or have a sexy walk, or a certain body part that stands out).

It doesn't take much for a man to be aroused.

All these girls have to do is be good at what they do (dancing, and providing men with sexual appeal, and flirtation).

Being a stripper isn't anything like being a model.

And even with that being said, a lot of models aren't very attractive either without make up.

So what is beautiful?

You don't have to be pretty, just average with a passable body. The lights are generally dimmed and the men are drunk and horny anyways. Besides... it's all about the effort and passion. A pretty girl doesn't necessarily make a great stripper. If you get a passionate slut in there rubbing her t*ts all over guys, you've got a stripper.

ive seen everything from 1s to near 10s working in strip clubs. the "1" was actually pregnant and serving drinks the near 10s were 20-24 tight body could actually 'dance' and were making serious cash. most are 6-8s with 3 things that bring their overall look down: face being average, small boobs/butt, or saggy &/or cottage cheese thighs. but they have 2 of the other 3 to make up for it.

girls at strip joints range from hot to average depending on the club. I think the higher end clubs accept only the better looking girls and those girls make the most money. The lower end ones probably take what they get.

How do you get hired? Either call and ask or go to the club and tell the doorman you're interested in being a dancer and he'll introduce you to the manager. I imagine you'll go through some kind audition to make sure your body doesn't look like crap.
