To answer your question: I would still like the guy, even if he had battle scars. If the guy has an awesome personality and and awesome body, then by all means, I would so like him. (I would easily overlook the stretch marks, if the guy as a whole is great.)
By the way, stretch marks tend to whiten and look like any other scar, with time.
my first thought was it looks like on of those tiger/bear scratch tattoos! Don't be embarrassed, scars are like notches in trees, it shows what you've been through, as long as you are happy and healthy now that's all that matters. Anyone who judges you on your physical appearance is an a**hole:)

stretch marks are fine don't worry about it plus girls have them too sometimes, its the muscles I don't like xD to each her own though!
They will get lighter after awhile. I had some on the side of my chest because my boobs grew in really fast in middle school. Now they match my skin and you can only see them if you really look for them.
I have plenty of stretchmarks leftover from puberty myself, I would be a hypocrite if I thought it was a deal breaker :p
I'd say if any girl thought that would be a deal breaker than they are just f***ed up. I think things like stretch marks or birth marks makes people unique and different! I have stretch marks on my hips but they aren't noticeable but I'm insecure about them so I know where you are coming from! My guy friend is very good looking and he has a huge birth mark on his stomach and my friend dated him and she didn't care one bit!
I dated an ex-bodybuilder once and he had stretch marks in a lot of places.
Of course I'd still like him, they're not a big deal at all.

If a girl sees that as a deal breaker. She's has some issues of her own. No, I wouldn't use this as a deal breaker.
