Ever sent a nude picture? How old were you?

I recently learned even though the legal age of consent in Canada is 16, it is still considered child p*rnography to sent or keep nude pictures of yourself and others. Though there has never been a case in Canada, it seems most people here don't want to label children as sex offenders. There is also one loophole I found in the law... its perfectly fine if the nudity is "artistic" Aside from the question above... 2) what is your view on this law? 3)Would you risk it? 4) what's an alternative? 5) What do you consider to be artistic nudity?

Keep in mind anything you send you might as well be posting it on your fb profile. Once someone has it - they can repost anywhere and you have no control. Does every relationship work out? What happens when that super great guy learns you kissed some dude when drunk at a party and wants revenge? He flips out his phone and emails that picture to your parents, your teacher, your friends etc.

Best advice, you want to interest someone, send a pic in a bikini. Save the nudity for real life. Just some advice from someone older and wiser.

Even if you only keep pics on your machine - what happens when its hacked? etc.

Go read the dozens of othre posts from people who regret this and are asking questions about how they legally keep their ex from distributing bj pics etc.

I send and take plenty of nude pictures, but I'm way over 18 and my partners are too.

My view on your situation is this - there are HUGE risks and repercussions on your partner if he was ever caught with your pics. If you truly liked him, then it'd be pretty insane to subject him to those risks. If you didn't truly like him, then you're an idiot for sending him nude pics.

Just wait until you're over 18. It's REALLY not worth the risk.

I was 16 and it was to my 17yr old boyfriend. If I were living there I guess someone might have been in some deep trouble... Now I'm on the other side of the fence and way past my teens I agree with the law but not so much the loophole, there are some terrible sickos out there and teens also need to be protected. Would I risk it? Hell no. And I don't see an alternative and teenaged nudity is in no way artistic.

What about a picture that a mother sends to her husband of her bathing her infant daughter? Jail time?

I see nothing wrong with that scenario that's why I specified Teenaged nudity. And that is his child why would he get jail time? If she posted it on a public forum that's a whole different story.

im legal age and do it as often as a girl shows she's interested in it. I only send it to chicks that are legal age too.

i don't think you should send pics if you are under legal age of consent/adult.
