First off, you might do better if you defined the word "freak" as different people have different interpretations. As for how to spot them, it might very well be quite impossible. People can mask their intentions quite well on average and things like this are usually even more closely guarded secrets, I mean those types of things that they might enjoy are called "freaky" for a reason and people usually have mastered the art of keeping them hidden from view. The only sure way to know is getting to know the person yourself, as in my opinion the outside signs are either completely obvious or non-existent.
You cannot really tell. You just have to get to know her, and maybe help her get to know herself. In my experience, the women who are the best "freaks" in bed don't necessarily know they are. If you are lucky, and smart, you can help her realize it.
Freaks come in all shapes and sizes. I look pretty innocent and generally quiet on the outside, but according to my guy, I'm a freak lol. They always say the quiet ones are the ones to look out for though. So I guess I wasn't so unreadable in the first place :P
Yeah...aside from the few exceptions, there's no way to tell. I'm pretty conservative on the outside, and I've been told by guys in the past that once they bed me they had no idea I would be like that : P

My anecdotal experience tells me that if her father is a preacher, she might be a freak between the sheets.

If she's outgoing, speaks her mind. This doesn't have to do with being a freak but if a guy can move his hips well, dancing wise I'd assume he's good in bed, I think it's the same for girls
very easy to tell by initiating sexual flirting and see how she responds. A girl being freaky in bed has a freaky mind too, they go hand in hand. I don't get all the responses on here saying you can't tell, of course you can.
