Does sensitivity make up for big areolas/nipples?

If a girls breasts are sensitive but she has large areolas(areolae)/nipples, would sensitivity make up for them being bigger than normal? By sensitivity, I mean she could orgasm from you playing with them(licking & sucking) by large, I mean 2 inches... or would big nipples/areolas still be a turn off and keep you from actually playing with them? I've never found large areolas to be unattractive in the first place, but sensitive nipples are always a big plus.
