Well, it's possible to get someone off through a blow job with a condom, though not all guys, (Nate18, myself) can get off from oral alone. But some you can. A condom can desensitize feeling of the blow job, but hey, if you rather be safe, flavoured condoms are certainly one way to go, and at least it can still feel pretty good, if done well. I say do it. Also, go get him clinically tested with swabs, blood tests and urine analysis to be thorough, and in the meantime, until you get the test results back (and, I would advise asking to see it in paper) just stick with condoms when you go down on him. Better than nothing, right?
One warning though. Every girlfriend I've ever had ,complained about the taste. So, it might taste really bad. Just a heads up.

I completely disagree about condoms making a difference in sensation. The only thing that sucks worse than using them is catching an STD. They wrap everything up so tightly that in stead of your skin sliding up and down your penis it's just a rigid shaft and her mouth (or vagina) slides up and down on the rubber. Huge sensation loss for me. I'm not all that big either. The only ones I've found that didn't do that are natural condoms which are loose and grip you with a rubber band

A condom does not seize any sensitivity, all it does is stop the guy feeling the wetness which is nice, so yeah you will get him off when he wears one.
