I had the death grip syndrome experience and they didn't feel as tight as I was used to. Xantham gum is used in baking as a flour substitute and can be found in most baking sections of a super market. You can add more or less of it to get it to the consistency that you want and is even safe for consumption. The powder itself probably has a long shelf life like flour however once you mix it with water do not store it for long it will get mold. It takes a very small amount to make the lube like less than a teaspoon.

You can buy a water based lube pretty much anywhere. Walmart has them next to the condoms, adult stores will have a bigger selection, Amazon should sell both the fleshlight and lube.
Why don't you call the company and ask them about their shipping and the billing name?

I had one (and a couple of different sleeves). Some of them create very unique sensations.
Ultimately it became too big a pain in the ass to deal with. You've got to warm the thing up in hot water first, then you've got to clean it and dry it when you're done. It's just much easier to use your hand and a tissue.
As far as how good they feel, it was definitely better than using my hand, just not good enough to be worth the trouble all the time. The wonder wave insert was probably closest to what a woman feels like, but none of them really accurately recreated the feeling of being inside a woman.
You can buy them at adult shops, when I bought one it was $80. After shipping and handling online it runs about the same price. Honestly I'm not truly impressed with mine.
