Most of the women who appear on the show seem to
1) have irregular periods to begin with, so they thought the occasional spotting was just their period.
2) take birth control pills sporadically, so they probably though they were working when they really weren't.
3) be going through a stressful time, so they don't question when they gain weight.
And I think some women just don't show. My cousin had a baby at 15... and no one but her (not even her boyfriend or friends) knew about it until the day she delivered. My cousin is a really skinny girl, too... she's tall but athletic. And she played sports through her entire pregnancy. So I have absolutely no clue how people couldn't tell there was a baby.0 0 0 0there are lots of them that don't realize in the early stages

Yes, there are some that they don't notice it until their bellies are so bloated fully that it's creeping them out. A factor might be that they don't experience the same symptoms that a normal pregnant woman does experience.
0 0 0 1Yes, there are cases where they don't know, right up to the time they deliver. Ain't nature grand?

You know, there are dangerous ectopic tubal pregnancies that donn't show up on regular tests. You might want to have an MD look at this possibility.
