I think almost every guy has been hit in the balls.
When I was a kid (6 grade or so) there was some stupid game and if you did not react the way you are supposed to, then you would be hit in the nuts. Never did it to others, but I was hit a couple times.
Unintentionally I've also been hit but not really hard.
Knowing the pain it is I won't do it to others. But Agree with the other guys: worst f***ing pain there is. If you've never been hit, I just think you're really lucky. Every guy should experience that once I guess, so they would know how bad it is and wouldn't do it to others.

Yes it is a clusterf*ck. It starts with a huge pain in the nads and quickly spreads up into the lower belly. It is normal to fall on the ground and writhe in agony for 5 minutes and then lay there still recovering for another five minutes. I have had many surgeries and bad injuries including severe coffee burns, broken right arm, severed finger etc, Tonsillectomy at age 22 and getting smashed in the nads are the worst. Pain does not last forever but it is totally debilitating, excruciating and mind numbing when it happens.
When my boyfriend and I first got together I used to hit him in the testicles on a regular basis. Not on purpose, but because that's where my hand naturally swung back when I walked. I'm surprised that he stayed with me for so long! I probably would have dumped myself after a month to be honest..

I used to play sports when I was a kid (co-ed…). Let's just say my shorts were too tight and somehow looked like a target to the girls on sports teams. They did it to all the boys, but somehow I was the one who got hit the most. Coach was a jerk, she never said anything; I remember she sometimes laughed when it happened. Wonder why I'm not a big fan of sports now…

It was the most painful thing I've ever experienced. I almost threw up, but didn't.
I think just about every boy or man that has ever lived has gotten accidentally hit or intentionally. I've been hit multiple times unintentionally by girlfriends and they felt awful afterward. One time my girl did it so hard it made me lose my breath when we were just playfully wrestling. She started crying on the spot because she could see I was in agony. Yea, gotta be careful, and any woman that attacks a guy there unless he's trying to rape her, is scum.
