I can't say I've ever heard of a girl being too small, but I have heard of guys being too big. I know some girls are just smaller down there and prefer guys with average to smaller size penises. Larger penises actually hurt them. So in that regard I guess a girl could be too small. But again, that's from the female perspective. It wouldn't be the guy would would be making such a comment because its not really possible for him to be uncomfortable regardless of how tight the fit is. In other words, if a penis is too big for a vagina, is the girl who is going to feel the pain, not the guy.
I also have to agree with Ighulm. I know I had a girl once that shortly after we started dating she started sexting me. This was new for me. I'm not a prude, but it was just a shock seeing a girl so open to talking about sex with me. It almost made me uncomfortable at first. I was afraid of going overboard so I kept it simple and ended the conversation soon after. I also know most guys aren't really big on texting so stuff like this doesn't do much for us. That's true but medically a woman should be attempt to keep all of her pelvic floor muscles tight to avoid a protracted uterus later in life. This involves kegal exercises which have been known to make a woman's p***y tighter
Think about this for a second! You get pregnant, just exactly where does the baby make it's first appearance into this world? Yes that is right, through the vagina. Seems pretty obvious that if a baby will pass through the vagina a simple little penis will be able to get in it also.

They expand, fit just about any size. Sometimes it might seem uncomfortable, but that is usually due to position than size. Given the fact that is how most babies exit, I don't see how he wouldn't fit.
