What do you think of Kate Upton's body?

I was talking to some male friends lately (they happen to be black and Hispanic) and someone mentioned Kate Upton. I was surprised because all of them said she had an OK face but an ugly body. They started pointing out things I'd never noticed before, saying she has a fat torso, no waist, saggy sloppy boobs and a pancake ass. Now I was surprised because if you ask any white guy, Kate Upton is a goddess. Then I googled her and came across pictures like these:   link   I mean really? @ a VS show no less

I like that they're untouched candid shots as opposed to her magazine shoots which are (obviously retouched) so you can see what her body *actually* looks like. I hate to sound conceited, but my body looks better than hers. I mean, aside from the boobs (low hanging as they are) she has a body that is just average imo. I think she's healthy and keeps her body in shape, but she just has a crappy body shape aside from the t*ts. I never noticed until my friends mentioned how wide her waist really is. Curious what others thing, especially guys, and if race matters in finding her body attractive or not. Like, is this just a white guy obsession or what ?

Kate Upton's body is not the ugliest but definitely not all that great. People do say, however, that she is deformed and her bone structure is bad which is not at all the case (ok, maybe bone structure has a role in it but regardless). Her body is the way it is because she lives or lived a sedentary lifestyle in her youth. She is what is called skinny fat which means she is not overweight or anything but she does have high fat content in her body. That's why her skin appears to sag and her torso is so fat. If you have her body type, don't fret. You can't change bone structure but you definitely don't have to look like Kate. All Kate would have to do to have a better body is burn off and tone the fat on her arms, legs, back, and torso. Then she would have to do exercises for a smaller waist and work out her butt and legs hella hard to make them thick. There are also exercises she could do to round out her hips. She won't magically have a different body shape but she'll look a lot better. She just looks the way she does because she's lazy, not because she's cursed or deformed. She would look amazing if she put in the effort. There is also nothing wrong with her boobs. Natural boobs can and will sag if they are big and they naturally come in different shapes. Boobs are also naturally going to be asymmetrical and that's is ok and normal. I understand the criticism towards her body shape but not her boobs. She could easily get implants and get the perfectly round and perky boobs people expect but instead she stays with her natural ones which I can respect. Another reason why her body looks bad is because she doesn't dress to flatter it. All the bikinis she wears are low rise which can only be pulled off by a few people. She could really be beautiful if she took care of herself and stopped using her boobs to push herself through the industry. You must realize though that she can improve and tone up but she won't have a perfect hourglass figure with a tiny waist and huge hips like IG models because it's not realistic. That is the rarest body shape and most women are born without it, it's just how it is. I think people need to stop being so harsh with beauty standards and just accept a healthy natural and toned body as beautiful because even if she burned all that fat off and toned up, somebody will still dislike her natural body shape. Anyone's body can be criticized when it's out in the open on the internet. You could meet someone with a similar body to hers but find them beautiful because you know them on a personal level and can assess their actual worth as a person.

I'm quite surprised by those pics! I saw pics and videos of her in the past and her body didn't look anything like that. Of course, she was probably posing and there must have been photoshop involved.

Based on the pics you linked, I think she has a very unfortunate body type. It sort of reminds me of a middle aged men where all the fat seems to coalesce in the middle part of their body and they lose their ass and get this huge torso with legs that look way too skinny.

I also think that considering that Kate's only 20, it's rather sad that she looks like that because it's only going to go downwards from now on. I'm not sure why she is as popular as she is. I see more attractive women on a daily basis when I walk down the street.

She has nice t*ts and she's super cute, but her body isn't that good. Black and Hispanic guys tend to prefer more of a curvy body(think Beyonce, Vida Guerra, Ninel Condé, Shakira) where as white guys tend to like the big t*ts, pancake ass and no hip look because it's what most white women have(even though most women in America are lard asses).

I'd heard the name before, but didn't really know who she was. I'm a bit surprised to discover that she's a professional model (glamour, not fashion).

For a normal every-day woman, she's pretty good. For a model (which means the standards are much higher), she's kind of a mess. She's chunky; she has more weight than her body and shape can carry without starting to look bad. Some girls can be pretty big and still be tight and firm, but she isn't.

Yes, she's got a pretty face and big boobs, and for those two reasons she's getting work, but I don't think ANYONE would argue that she's look better if she worked out a lot and lost 20 pounds, and replaced that with TONE. She's only 20 years old, and she has the body of a 30-year-old who has had 10 years of 40-pound weight fluctuations (or pregnancies). Her skin in loose and she has a tummy pouch.

Again, for a non-celebrity/non-professional model, she looks good (but not great, given her age). But for her profession, she's lacking. Just to make it clear, I do NOT like waif/anorexic-looking models, and I think women look better with a slight bit of softness instead of skin and bones. This girl still needs to lose some weight and get some tone.

This is funny because I was just talking to a buddy of mine about this.
Kate Upton is not ugly, she's very pretty obviously but doesn't mean she is "perfect" or wroth the million dollar fame.. To be honest, I think she is a good person (from interviews I have seen and what not) but just the exterior? I think is too common. I mean she's blonde, blue eyes and have big boobs. We can find that in almost 75% of American women. Also, I don't think she is "fat" or "too thick" as I have heard people say before, she's a good weight! but because her boobs are out of proportion with the rest of her body, i can see why people would disfavor her body, but it shouldn't be because they think she's fat or anything, because she really isnt...

I think wheather you have small boobs, big boobs, etc, as long as your body is proportionate, you would look good.

And yes a lot of it is photoshopt and make up and what not,
My girlfriend is a high fashion model and she knows how much models get edited on photos and even videos, i mean not photoshop but they put a lot of make up and do your hair for hours before interviews and stuff.

I honestly think she's only a pair of boobs. Her body is ok I guess, but it's so shapeless I don't like it much. I remember all the white men drooling for it and all the blacks and Latinos like "overrated, she has no hips or ass".
Apparently she's in her 20s, I thought she was at least 33 or 34.

However, despite not finding her shape attractive, I am glad she is considered sexy by so many and is still a model because that means that finally hourglass isn't the only shape required!

Oh Kate. She has a very beautiful face. Probably 10/10. BUT! That isn't the question. I've always thought this since the first time I've seen this girl that she is A) overweight, B) very boxy, as in the opposite of an hour glass shape, and C) has boobs and a butt that would absorb my hands like quicksand. However, her boobs are big and her face is so damn pretty I'd bang her. But, she wouldn't be the hottest chick I've ever had sex with.

I agree, she really is not that attractive. Just like someone previously said, half the girls I see just walking around in the grocery store are far more attractive than she is. She has such an awkward, jello body. It's like totally rectangular, she has fat flaps in the worst places, no waist and her boobs are SO saggy and uneven. One of my friends was horrified at her nude leak and sent it to me laughing at it and I just about threw up. She's so saggy, one nip is like way bigger than the other and she's super deformed.
I don't know how it's even possible to have such a strange and unfortunate body. I would say she's below average at best. Does she even have a waistline? And yes omg that's so true she DOES have the body of a middle aged man. So awkward looking and fat, it's just gross.

I think that it's her body, and no one's place to judge. I'm surprised by the opinions, but this isn't the first time I've seen people body shame but get upset when their body type is being shamed in a question. People just love to be hypocritical. Some people judge but, hmmm don't most people make less than supermodels anyway? I'm not personally offended by this since I don't have her body type, but reactions like @Malibu857 bothers me :|

I think she's not fat, but not as toned as other models either. She just doesn't have a well-proportioned body. She's pretty but not THAT pretty. Her boobs are big but doesn't have nice shape. If I were offered to trade my body with hers, I would really gladly refuse. Though I don't have toned body, at least I have a little bit of shape lol.
