I’m with the “asker” on this, and like her I absolutely mean no offense, but I can’t figure out how any of this was accidental or inappropriate? The question was specifically about the ejaculation being “completely accidental” not the eventual location of your semen being unintended. Nor would this be “in a completely inappropriate situation” given that she was sucking you off with the specific intent of giving you pleasure. Also, was your girlfriend wearing headphones or earbuds?
