Not really ever. When I was younger I spent a lot of time thinking about the process, what to do, when to do it, what it takes to be really good, is it going to be a deal breaker if I'm really bad at it and so on. But that's not fantasizing about it, that's more like trying to solve a math problem :P

Nowerdays I might come closer to fantasizing, thinking about how it feels and his reaction in an erotic way, but I won't build up too much steam on it. Either I'll go down on him right there, or I'll move on my fantasizing on to a more evocative scenario.

When I was younger, I would think about it, and wonder what it was like. But never fantasized about doing it, lol. I probably started being curious about it as soon as I learned about it. I don't remember when that was. The reality is a bit different than what I imagined.
