Girls how many sexual partners have you had in total?

I read something yesterday which mentioned on average guys have 8 sexual partners while girls have 4. Now as you can see it doesn't add up, there is a difference of 4. If girls have only 4 sexual partners on average, and guys 8. Then who exactly are guys having sex with?So my question to girls. How many sexual partners have you had in total? And  what is the actual number you give your BFs or partners?

Whatever you read was inaccurate -

Women tend to lose their virginity at a younger age than men for one thing. Second, I would think the numbers that you listed should be reversed: It's WOMEN with an average of 8 sexual partners while MEN have an average of 4. Guys tend to add a few numbers, and girls tend to shave off a few numbers... more perpetuation of the already bullsh*t double standard.

Mathematically the averages have to be the same.

The medians however are certainly different. a small subset of men are well into three digits. Which means the 'typical' guy has had less partners then the typical girl.
