If I'm by myself and I'm watching or reading something hot, then I can finish in minutes. If I'm not watching p*rn or reading anything and I'm just using my imagination, then it'll take maybe 15 minutes or so.

it really depends on what you are doing: in my case, when I masturbate it takes me around 10 minutes to get to my first orgasm, then like two or three to get to the next and so forth.

When I'm alone, it varies on how horny I feel! Anything from about 10 - 20mins I suppose.
With masturbation, it takes me 5-20 minutes, depending on how focused I am.
