Every time I see a women in a skirt/dress they are so much better looking to me (barring them being extremely ugly or fat) but it is not just that. I pulsate to them like a moth, I have to be around them if I see one I when walking around campus I follow them for a bit. See one makes me nervous, yet excited. I really like flowy ones, because I love seeing the skirt move with the girl and flutter. Like I could see a girl one class and she is in a dress and she is hot and I cannot take my eyes off her but next class she is wearing jeans or shorts and I pay almost no attention to her. Is this a fetish off some kind? I feel like most guys think women look better in skirts/dresses but I feel like I take it past that.

Oh baby, I love skirts and dresses too. Last week, a hot girl in one of my classes was wearing this beautiful dress with a short skirt. Well, the dress was kinda short. I couldn't get my eyes off of her. I barely took any notes that day because I could only focus on how beautiful she looked. When class ended, she went out first, and I followed like 10 seconds later. She was outside, and just as I went out, a gust of wind blew at her from the back which lifted her dress. It was one of the most precious scenes I have ever seen. Can't wait to see her again.

Most people have their own favorite style of clothing. It doesn't just extend to yourself though. You can have a favorite style that you like to see on the other sex. It certainly doesn't mean that you want to dress that way yourself. Its more an aesthetic appreciation. Similar to having a favorite style of art, music, movies, etc.

Me I love the rockabilly and pinup style outfits on other women. But I my own style is a mixture of urban/punk/goth.

Dresses and skirts are more forgiving of a woman's body than jeans. Few women really fill out a pair of jeans as well as they fit into a dress, or skirt. As a result, most women, will look better in a skirt, or a dress. As for the flowery designs you like, that is just a preference. Everyone has their own preferences.
