Feelings on group nudity with friends

How many others either don't mind or enjoy or are comfortable with hanging out with a group of friends when some or all of them are naked? How often does this happen for you? What are your feelings about seeing friends naked or having them see you naked? I grew up in a very liberal small town and hanging out at the river naked with a group of friends, both male and female, was not strange or uncommon. it seemed that there wasn't much sexuality in this but appriciating the girls naked bodies and letting them know was acceptable

  • Im comfortable with anyone seeing me in boxers.

    However, when it comes to full on nudity I'm not quite as comfortable with girls seeing me as I am with guys. Excluding sexual encounters of course, when those happen all inhibitions are off. I guess this mostly stems from me spending a lot of the time at the gym and as a result, a lot of time in the locker room where nudity is fairly rampant to say the least. Although, that being said; I'm not one of those guys who will walk about with everything hanging out, I'll wrap a towel around my lower half, but just out of sheer decency instead of awkwardness.

  • I think in the U.S. we are too hung up on the clothing issue. In High School and in College groups of us have hung out at a swimming hole or beach and where there are no kids around gone naked. What is the big hangup? At one recent small group party a group of 5 girls and 4 guys played strip poker (fueled by alcohol and pot) but it was a fun evening with everyone loosing their cloths and no sex ...we were just friends.

  • Most of my female friends have seen me naked, at the gym or pool, or while clothes shopping. So no big deal, t*ts are t*ts, only a few of my male friends that I don't sleep with have seen me nude, I am comfortable with my body, but don't look for reasons to be naked

  • I grew up with no brothers or sisters, it was just me and mum, not lots of people around me. So, while I've got no problem with being naked around a sexual partner, around friends I'm not. And neither are they really.

  • I forgot to add it to my previous answer, but I have a follow up question to the people who've been in situations where they're naked with friends. How common are boners in a situation like this?

    • Common...guys get boners...no big deal.

    • most of the time, but that's what is suppose to happen right? I don't see any thing wrong with getting hard around your friends plus they are most likely hard them selfs

    • Yeah, I figured that would be common, but I wasn't sure. I wasn't sure if your average guy would be better able to control himself in a non-sexual situation with nudity.
