I'm a girl and I sit with my legs open!

Question

So I've noticed lately that I sit with my legs open alot. (dont worry its never when I'm wearing a dress or skirt) I'm just not that comfortable crossing my legs. If I'm sitting on the floor I sit with my knees up so guys have a pretty clear view to my crotch. I just end up sitting in a bunch of positions where there's a view to my crotch.  Its only happens when I'm wearing pants or shorts tho. I guess my question is: is it really bad? Like do guys think differently of girls who sit like that or do they just not notice? I'm airing on the side of not noticing since I always hear about guys staring at women's boobs and butts but never crotch... I know this is a weird question but it popped into my head!

Its comfortable, functional (you can rest a drink or your chin on that knee when its up), and it blocks the view of your crotch from the rest of the world.

I think its important to find a balance between "helloooooo here's my vaginaaaaaa!" and "oh god I can't fold my legs enough to keep the invisible atoms of the atmosphere from reaching it!"

I've always gotten judged for this being called a whore for sitting with my legs open..I grew up a lot around my dad and brother found it more comfortable sitting that way..I believe its unfair that I'm judged based on how I sit and yes a lot of guys notice

My mom thinks it's horrid, but I don't. I don't tend to notice and I do it myself when I'm not wearing jeans. Jeans are just too uncomfortable for me to sit like that. So it's probably more common than you think.

I've noticed it a few times. The first time I thought it was kinda weird because I've never seen a girl sitting with her legs open. After that time I still notice, but don't really care. It seems more normal to me. Nothing special.

Start wearing dresses more often. AS long as your going to sit that way, you might as well be drawing some attention  :)

yeah, it looks pretty trashy. If you don't like crossing your legs, at least close them.

I doubt much attention is paid to you when doing it.  It's pretty common among girls to be like that in jeans or shorts.

Yeah that's how I sit too but I usually always wear shorts and jeans so I don't think it's bad. I'm quite boyish and I like to be punk so I don't really care I find it more comfortable to sit like this.
