I guess women are attracted to / by a whole lot of things and not just one thing about a man but that's in general.
Every woman I'm sure has her own turn ons and put off.
But I've noticed women sure get turned on when someone with a deep voice starts talking, that alone is enough to get them going. I've also heard and read that women dig guys with defined butts and legs :)
So I don't think it's exposing the skin that gets them going but again things and traits in a man's personality :)
I would say the closet thing to this would be the little V that is created by your abs an obliques that lead to your private area.
Yeah there are other things that a girl looks at when you are clothed, but we're talking about a cleavage equivalent. So I think that's it.
For me, physically it would be a guy dressed in clean, well-fitting (not baggy but not too tight) clothing. It's very attractive when a guy cares about his appearance, it shows that he's not a "slob" or lazy and also that he's not afraid that caring about his looks makes him gay. Guys that aren't insecure about seeming gay are generally confident overall and confidence is what attracts women to men.
Things that are sexy on men without being naked?
Toned arms, not muscled - I dislike muscles - just a little toned.
I like good necks, I don't know how to explain that, just a strong neck/jaw area.
And I don't know if this counts but back. Shirtless isn't naked, but still. Love a good back.

U cannot see abs when wearing clothes.

Thats why I said cleavage. Plus boobs are visible due to the tight drerr women wear.

It might be worth noting that a well cut suit is designed to make you appear more V shaped - structured shoulders and chest, the cut of the lapels, narrowed to the waist.
