Of course, this is absolutely normal. I personally have a fetish for pantyhose and stockings/high socks and have had it since well before puberty and I've gotta say; I love it. Depending on the circumstance, the added arousal I get from it can be pretty intense. I'd say you'd only have a problem if:
A) You can't be aroused or have meaningful sex unless the person is wearing stockings
B) You're feeling guilty about your preference
So long as you don't fall under either category, you really shouldn't have a problem with regards to women. Hell, a lot of them actually enjoy wearing stockings and pantyhose for that matter.
