A question for guys about deep throating...

Okay, I know this is probably just a matter of a guys personal preference, but here is my question: The other day when I was going down on my boyfriend, I tried to take his whole dick into my mouth and I almost got it when I started gagging. I knew that was bound to happen so I just kept going but he told me that I don't have to try to take it all, and I can take a break if I need to...so I stopped and asked him if he didn't want me to try it and he said "no, it feels better when you just concentrate on the head." SO, my question is...do guys really like more tongue action on the head, or would you rather a girl deep-throat you? I was always under the impression that guys loved when girls did that. And this particular time, I was doing (or trying to do) a little of both...I was just trying to mix it up a little more than usual. And another part to my question is: do you think he just said that because he felt bad that I was gagging and wanted to make me feel better about the fact that I couldn't quite do it?   • The main thing is to do what's comfortable for you and what you enjoy doing. A girl's enthusiasm is what counts the most to me. Sucking on the head does feel great as long as your tongue is massaging that little protruding skin area just under the head where it attaches to the shaft at the same time. That gets a guy off the fastest. Of course, sliding up and down feels great too and I like when a girl tries to take it all even if causes her to gag a little as she reaches the base. I think he felt uncomfortable for you and maybe because the way you were doing it wasn't doing anything for him due to you not giving enough attention to that part just under the head. One thing you wanna do is suck the top two-thirds of his dick up and down like there's no tomorrow and taking time to suck on the head extra special every time you reach the top. Then alternately, take it down as deep as you can but then go back up before you gag too much to cause him some concern. Some gagging is good because that shows you're really trying to devour his dick. So yeah, guys really like a lot of tongue action like I said above, but it's good to mix it up with some deep-throat technique if you can. It sounds like you were trying to do both and that's awesome. In the future, just start devoting a little more time to the head area and start sucking a little harder and more determined like you're trying to suck his come out of him because that will produce the desired effect to get him off faster and more intense.
