Question for non-American/Canadian girls on here: What do you think of circumcised penises?

I was born in the Midwest in the U.S. in the 1990's and my parents had me circumcised because like many aprents they assume it was fine and didn't research it and though it was just the thing to do. I personally wish I was left intact...I think a guy gets more pleasure and sensitivity and I've heard women say that it feels better and more sensual. (Some even said they might prefer the look of a cut one but prefer a uncut as far as sex). I was wondering how foreign girls look at cut penises? Its normal to girls in the u.s. and Cananda/Australia...but I wanted to know how foreign girls feel about it? Is it a negative stigma? Do you assume the guy won't enjoy sex as much? That sex won't be as good as it would be? I know there are ways to stretch the remaining shaft skin by wearing device...and there is surgery that uses skin from other parts of the body...but those procedures won't bring back the specialized nerve endings in the foreskin that bring more intense sensitivity and pleasure. Surgery would be expensive and not covered by insurance...and I would be worried about hurting myself if I tried to wear one of those tension devices..so I pretty much have ruled those out. But if I ever thought it would make me more appealing I might give it a try.

I've only been with a guy -- and my boyfriend is not circumcised. My best friend was, as a child. So, here in Portugal (Mediterranean European Country, right next to Spain), there are circumcised and uncircumcised boys. Not a big deal for girls -- we want a boy with a penis. If it is circumcised or not, we don't really think about that XD . I've never had a talk about that with my female friends XD

The thing is: that's good, because you know you won't have problems with your penis. My boyfriend isn't circumcised and, on the X-mas Eve, last year, we went to the hospital at 6 am because he was not .. "treated" right, as a child. So his foreskin stretched too much and ripped. And he bled. A lot... While we were having sex on my couch, with my family in their bedrooms.

Not a good scenario XD but the point here is: at least you know you won't have to suffer something like this!

You're as worried about this as girls, nowdays, are about their vaginas: are my lips too long, is my skin too dark, is my clit too big, is my _____________ very _____________ ?!?!?!?!? And they start panicking.

The thing is: PEOPLE! SEX IS SEX. A VAGINA AND A PENIS ARE PERFECTLY FINE THE WAY THEY ARE, IF THEY "WORK" FINE! ... that's all there is about it.

Don't sweat about it; we don't care here. As long as you can use it, that's awesome! And if it looks better without the extra skin, I'm sure you'll have it easier for girls to give you a bj.

A female friend of mine had a circuncised boyfriend for two years and she once told me, when she was drunk, that he had a "cute penis" and that she looved it.

Don't worry, that's how you are now, so just accept it :) . If you could have a surgery that would increase your sensitivity I guess even uncircumcised guys would want it XD . And girls.   im aware of Portugal lol...but really? I assumed cut guys would be VERY rare there. And I don't know my penis works..sure the foreskin can rip..but would you cut your toes off because you can get fungus inbetween them?   and I don't think you understand the siurgery..an uncut guy wouldn't need it..they already have skin covering their glans and keeping it moist..mine is constantly exposed...it callouses...so having that extra skin would keep it moist and more sensitive..however..the foreskin contains specialized nerves that receive more pleasure than other nerves in the penis...these are found especially in the ridged band. I can never get those back..so it won't make me the same so I really don't care to try it.

  It hursts to rub that skin over your penis when it is not wet.   what you can feel. You won't feel like you're loosing. Sucks, yeah, but at least you won't be having sex feeling like you're loosing something you knew before. So it won't be as bad as it could be.   and yes I was circumcised as baby as you guess...but Also..why do you say I'm ignorant? Yes, SOME forms of FGM are more extreme than male circumcision. HOWEVER: some of the common types, like those done in Egypt and Ethiopia...involve ONLY removing the clitoral HOOD...and the clitoral hood is the SAME organ as the male foreskin...(they are both the same organ in infants...its called the prepuce, and some medical literature refers to it as the "female foreskin).

  what do you mean "the opposite"? also I don't think multiple orgasms necessarily mean more pleasure anyway...women are usually found to be more dissatisfied with sex in general despite having multiple orgasms...many women have trouble orgasming at all ...but being mutilated sexually like I am is a whole different ball game. it means I can never have evne a fraction of the sex she feels.

I'm in Australia... it's actually not nearly as common here to circumcise the ol' penis. Most guys are uncut.

Personally I don't really care. It's nicer to go down on a guy who is cut, but it's better to give hand to an uncut guy. In terms of intercourse, I don't notice a difference.

  There is actually devices that you can wear that tug at the shaft skin until it grows out more and more...I acutally bought one but stopped using it because after researching it I realize the new skins till won't have the specialized nerve endings..However,..there is a company called foregen that is researching full regeneration..as in...using your dna to grow a new, 100% complete foreskin...many believe it will become a reality in a matter of years...but I'm young now and already 22, I can't wait.

  I've decided all I can do is try and date a circumcised girl...(from Africa/Arabic countries like Egypt, etc. where girls are also cut..immigrants to the u.s. from those countries) Id feel equal and happy with them...obviously this limited my dating demographic but in the age of the internet I feel more optimistic about it. Its all I really have unless regenerative therapy comes out...then I would feel okay dating an uncut American girl.

That doesn't mean I agree with circumcision, regardless of its impact on pleasure I still consider it to be wrong as it is removing part of the body without permission.

Girls in America have this vendetta against the uncircumcised, but majority of the world is that way. I don't think that girls outside of America would be opposed to it since it is something different and out of the ordinary. Girls like that stuff.

  btw...circ rates are changing..only 1/3 of U.S. baby boys get cut...so when your sons come home after having gym class and ask why most of their friends have more intact penises you can explain to them why you mutilated them. and then when they are 40 and have ED see what kind of nursing home they put you in . (Circumcised men are FIVE TIMES more likely to suffer of ED)

  well I guess it depends...do you believe that circumcision reduces male pleasure? and if not..then I guess its okay...but if you realize it does and still support it doesn't that indicate you don't care about your partners pleasure?
