Why does my vagina smell like pee?

for the past 2 days my vagina has been smelling like pee even when I take a shower it goes back to smelling like pee. it doesn't itch it just smells bad. and stop saying its a yeast infetion when it isnt. its really annoying. itdoesn't smell like a sandwich. I had sex with my friend and is it possible he coudve given me a sexually transmitted disorder? or is it Because I don't wipe good when I pee? or is it cause I put face wash down there to shave it? someone help me. thanks guys.

how do you know it's not a yeast infection ?

sometimes there can be no symptoms at all

sometimes just smell

sometimes just itch or just pain

sometimes just discharge

sometimes all of the above

it could also be a bacterial imbalance

your vag naturally contains certain fungi and bacteria, a slight disruption in the pH balance, heat or humidity levels can allow some of those organisms to multiply and that's when you have an infection

but they're there regardless, and need to be

so just go to your gyno to get checked out

I got a bacterial imbalance from the heat and humidity of the past few weeks

the antibiotics prescribed for that gave me a yeast infection

it's not a big deal it happens at LEAST once to every woman in their lifetime

it's not an STD it's as common as allergies to pollen or a cold

Just get checked out if you're worried, best be safe than sorry

well good thing to get tested but it not it. and all us girls have had similar issues in one way or another.

when in the shower, put a little backing soda on a towel and wipe as you would with toilet paper. Make sure its wet lol you might notice a sure mild burn or warmth don't worry you will be fine. just do as I say and you can wash in all 4 corners :) too lol put some in your bath water and your skin will be extra soft. I do it all the time so keep my body soft and fresh.

If you don't want people to say a yeast infection, then perhaps you should go to the DOCTOR to find out?

It could be hygiene or it could be an infection or it could be diet. Some cruciferous veggies that contain a lot of sulfur can cause a stronger urine smell

Also, when you shower you should use a washcloth and just wanter

I picked this off an FAQ and it seems that you aren't alone and it most probably isn't an STD

My theory is that the body starts breaking down nitrates faster than they build up. The result is that the liver releases ammonia and other wastes into the bloodstream. You would think other people can smell this but seeing as the nose has relatively good circulation, the chemoreceptors can sense minute levels of metabolic wastes in the blood. I suggest drinking more water, eating more carbohydrates, lay off protein for a couple days. If this does not work get kidneys checked, otherwise it may just be an infection, or hallucinated smells.

Most girls don't have a straight stream like a guy because your labia are closed and pee splashes about behind them while finding its way out. That includes entering your vagina and remaining there to ferment. Showering and expecting to be clean is like washing your face and expecting clean teeth. My lover rinses with warm water every time she uses the toilet including parting her lips to rinse behind them and shallow fingering of her vagina to wash out pee and leftovers from sex. She is always fresh for oral which I do often. Rinse (or plain water douche) and see if that helps.

Infections are different, so you should see your doctor and get some medicine. Maybe it is a blader infection and nothing to do with your vagina. Make sure you take good care of yourself,

Don't worry, it's probably just a chronic yeast infection, urinary tract infection, chlamydia, gonnohrea, early-stage sypilis or dehydration. See a doctor if you want to know what is wrong with you physical body this are you internets not you body that is all.
