Head dunking fetish, how sade is it and what do you think?

So this is directed more towards the kinky crowd. I've kind of got this head dunking in water fetish, and I'd like to try this with my girlfriend. Basically I've got this big barrel that I would fill up with water, then cuff her, have her kneel in front of it and pretty much dunk her head into the water. But I would not hold her under very long, maybe just like five to ten seconds max, each time? I plan on using a safe-sign, if she kicks I will pull her up immediately.
