As far as I know, underage p*rn is the only thing that is technically "illegal". However, "underage" may vary by state/country and you are probably better off staying away from anything that you may even suspect is illegal.

There are plenty of perfectly legal p*rn sites out there, you will probably just have to pay to see the good stuff.

If the site you are visiting shows odd stuff like "menstruating sex" "pissing" "animals" I'm pretty sure you are leading to illegal stuff. daftporn.com,xvideos, are a couple that display weird sh*t like that.

What is legal or illegal depends on the country you live in. Normally the minimum age for legal p*rn acting (pictures or movies) is 18.

The only way to make 100% sure you don't get any illegal content is to stay away from any content, sorry, but that's the facts. You always take a risk to be guided to something illegal.

most "teen sites" state something like they cover from 18 to some 23 or 25, that stuff is legal (given the girls participated volunterly).

As I said, you can't be sure, never ever. Any website, even accidentally, can host illegal content or link to illegal content. If you really want to do it (I'm honestly not a fan of p*rn...), then stick with the renowned sites.

if you surf the usual sites (xhamster, 4tube, tube8, youporn etc. etc. etc.) you should be safe from childporn but probably not from copyright infringement.

if you want to be 100% sure, get an account at a pay site that produces their own content. (brazzers, bangbros, realitykings, x-art, hd passion etc. etc. etc.)

Most of them have an "all performers/models 18 or older" disclaimer somewhere. If you don't see it on the splash/entry page, just go elsewhere.
