Well, the advice would be to make sure you let the guy know that you are bigger than average. The length shouldn't be a big deal though.

It's probably obvious, but go easy at first and steadily increase speed unless he indicates otherwise. And lots of lube.

When you're the bottom, make sure you work yourself up. Use some kind of toy. You don't want him to just stick it in. The benefit of someone else helping you on this is that you can relax yourself back there which allows for easier movement and it will be more enjoyable for you then.

It's not a big deal, but pace may matter if they are trying to come from it or it may hurt if you are too rough, you know? Some will really get off to the slow grinding you provide. Well I'm not a guy but I've received anal before. It will probably be very uncomfortable the first few times you do it. Try stretching yourself a little over time before you do full on anal sex so you have a chance to get used to it and see how it feels.
