Why are my nipples/areolas still big?

I did JM 30 Day Shred again but this time I took it seriously. My arms toned up but my boobs got smaller. I pretty much can fit into a 36A when just last year I was a C/D cup. I thought shrinking boobs meant shrinking nipples and areolas. My areolas are still 2 inches in diameter (right? meaning across) and they're slightly puffy and the nipples get humongous. And I think they look even bigger because my chest is yellowish (cause I'm mixed) but the areolas are a medium-light brown and the nipples are pinkish My boyfriend told me to stop worrying about the size and he said I'm not getting surgery :s I just thought shrinkage meant smaller nipples and boobs. girls in p*rn always have small nipples/areolas so I thought maybe I would get small ones too...

  • Your nipples and areolas DO increase in size when your boobs grow, and depending on your skin type and thickness (i.e., genetics) they may increase more or less relative to their initial size (which is also genetics). But once skin stretches, it can't shrink back down very much. There will be a bit of shrink, but nothing like you're imagining.

    • I thought it worked the other way around, cause mine are still the same size...

  • You don't watch enough p*rn then, because there are all shapes and sizes on display. Nipple/areola shape and size are genetically determined. They're anatomical structures, not skin to stretch or shrink with your weight.

    • I do watch a lot of p*rn, actually. Have been for a few years now :) But someone told me they get bigger if a person gets fat so I thought it worked the same

    • I've been watching for more than a few years, and there's not much I haven't seen ;) Just sayin' Areolas do get bigger with EXTREME weight gain, yes, but we're talking morbid obesity and flabby DDDs and beyond. And that kind of stretching doesn't really work in reverse. Think of a balloon blown up to near-bursting. When you let the air out, it doesn't go back to its original size. That's destruction of the skin taking place. Going from a C to an A, though? That's not the same.

  • Ok your decreasing chest is muscle loose not skin. Nnipples@areolas are skin only way to change that is increase your breast size to offset this size or have nipple @ areola reconstruction. If you partner is OK with it that's one part but you must be comfortable in your body. So it is normal but make choice for you no one else

  • I have large areolas too. I think it is genetic.

  • Putting ice cubes on them will make them smaller.

    • Arousal makes them smaller as does the cold but I want them permanently small...

  • Nipples generally don't shrink with weight loss.
