I'd definitely go for a hand job. Nothing against feet really, but there's not much dexterity in your feet. Hands are more gentle and sensual and they can do things that feet just can't.

Plus I don't think feet are as intimate. Having a girls feet on your crotch seems more impersonal to me than her hands. If a girl has you in her hands she can get physically closer to you whereas with her feet she has to be farther away and I think emotionally you'd feel closer to her when she's got your penis in her hands rather than just rubbing it with her feet.

Feet aren't sexual to me. I mean, hands aren't especially sexual either, but you have far more control and dexterity that way, so I would say Hands by a mile.
