Men are strongly attracted to breasts. One of the reason humans have prominent breasts even when not pregnant is so that sexually-mature women can be identified from a distance. Over millions of years of evolution, men learned to look for breasts (and bust/waist/hip ratio) to see if a woman was sexually mature before pursuing her. It's one of the reasons men are so "visual" with their arousal. It makes sense then that this secondary sexual characteristic became a big part of sex.
Then there's the fact that most men are aroused by their partner being aroused, so giving her pleasure by stimulating her breasts is going to cause her to react in ways that the man enjoys. I know my girl's pleasure has always been a big part of what I find exciting and arousing. I should also note that I dated a girl who had no feeling in her breasts, and was completely indifferent to me touching or playing with them, and it was incredibly disappointing, and a turn-off.
Not every guy loves breast, though. Some guys are so into asses, or feet, or some other body part, that they are pretty indifferent to breasts, and pay them little attention. I think that's the exception rather than the rule, but those guys definitely exist.

an opinion (not necessarily mine) from Sigmund Freud is that men like sucking/kissing breasts because it subconsciously reminds them breast feeding as a child and breast feeding was both a source of sustinance and a soothing mechanism ... I'd be interested based on that theory to see how men who weren't breast fed as infants respond to breasts
some scientists have said it is a result of some men seeing breast as a secondary sexual characteristic and point to the resemblence cleavage bares (or breasts pushed together) to a a female butt which in nearly all realms of mammal reproduction is source of sexual stimulation
but frankly I don't know why men like kissing, sucking or feeling breasts. Their just awesome I guess
