I know I'm a man and shouldn't comment here but I have a 4g PA going on 2 years and thought I'd shed some light on it! I have a curved barbell instead of a ring which ladies find more attractive aesthetically speaking I've found with one girl even calling it 'pretty'! I think it depends on what your dick looks like. If it's unattractive then adding a piercing would just make things worse, but if your penis is "pretty" then it might look good.
