Just say I'm getting kind of sore love I need a break but ya you must express yourself it seems your doing that now so when others are saying a guy can't read your mind that's true, however by saying I gotta go pee your not trying to let him try to read your mind that's pretty clear you want things to seize so you can possibly pee, or get a break just be straight forward with him instead of saying next time I gotta pee just be blunt and say I'm getting sore, and say it every time you've had enough finger manipulation good luck sweetie! :D
P.S. If you say that every time it will make your partner naturally more aware of your needs and how long naturally to take his fingering with you it makes more a much more observant lover I believe he's just not as observant of how long he's doing things with you communication and body language say a lot in the bedroom!
