  • WELL UH. For a start: yes, because you can have men who are CAFAB & so have vaginas and, often times, ovaries & uteri, etc. & you can have women who are CAMAB & have penises & often times, sperm, etc. So yeah, you can have basically any combination, because Trans People Actually Exist.

But I know you're talking about cis people so whatever. Cis men can be born without sperm, yeah. It's called being infertile, it's a fairly well recorded phenomena... Cis men can be born even without testicles. And, cis women can be born without the ability to produce eggs (again, what you call infertile) - can have no ovaries, or not even a uterus. There are a lot of women without uteri! A lot more than you'd think. (Some cis women can even grow full beards and chest hair!)

    • I have yet to see a woman with chest hair lol

    • they usually shave it, it's kinda taboo...

    • The hermaphrodites are sterile a woman having a facial hair what the man does not make her Sterlile It reminds me of historical circus performer lady who Was called the wolf lady or some thing like that She died in childbirth

  • In some cases, a man can be born without the cells that generate sperm. They still have the cells which produce hormones however so the testicle may appear to be normal to the eye. This is called Sertoli Cell Only. This diagnosis can be made by performing a biopsy of the testes and looking at the tissue under the microscope. Occasionally, men may have only a few tiny spots were sperm producing cells are present. It can be difficult or impossible to determine whether a man has no sperm producing cells or very few sperm producing cells.

  • This guy I used to work with, his wife only ovulates 2 times a year, and then the chances of it being a viable pregnancy are about 1%

She's gotten pregnant once, but the egg stopped in the tube and she needed surgery.

  • It's possible

    Male: Azoospermia read Wikipedia: link

More: link link ( seems a commercial site, be cautious). Often it will rather be sperm of poor quality than nothing at all.

Female: fallopian tube obstruction, read Wikipedia : link

Read blocked fallopian tubes here: link

(other causes are possible (I'm no doctor)

  • Yes, it is possible for a man to be born without the capacity to produce sperm. Even better, it is possible for a boy to not develop the capacity to produce sperm (since it is something that happens during puberty). In other words, genetics and the environment can prevent a male from having the capacity to produce sperm.

  • I know it is possible for women not to produce eggs and my gut guess would be that for men it is possible for problems causing him not to produce sperm.

  • Well theoretically speaking, it's possible that a mutation might form that stops sperm and eggs from forming yes. But I doubt that it is a very huge chance of that happening.

    • "Some of you were eunuchs from birth..." That's in the Bible. So it's possible. Though, it would appear it's not very common.

    • Yeah, I don't think the probability is even in single digit procentages.

    • Obsured beyond, The bible dates a bit where it concerns medical issues.

  • I'm not sure maybe

  • Yes if a man is a hermaphrodite he is usually sterile that is bieng intersected between male and female

    • LOL!

    • Yeah sad but true

    • what is funny about this, QA.

  • Being born without sperm...if they were born without sperm then they were probably born without testicles.

  • Yup some people are born without lots of things even encephalons

  • It's possible, but pretty rare.
