Busty girls: how do you live with your boobs?

Hi I really need your help. I currently wear a size 30GG or if that is unavailable I can get away with a 32H. I know that my size is correct because I have been professionally fitted by 3 specialist retailers as well as home measurement all are in agreement. My boobs are a real problem. they weigh a tonne and really hurt my back. I can't do sports because they bounce loads which really really hurts. I am having to wear a bra at night to keep the weight off me at the moment which I don't like but it feels more comfy. what kinda bra should I wear? what should I do? what are your tips? Thankyou.

I don't have any extra weight. I am a size 8 UK size which I think is size 2 in the USA.

  • Hmm. Well, I'm no expert on a girls boobs, unfortunately. But...I've seen where girls wear sports bras that seem to try and hold them in place when they exercise or do whatever. Perhaps that might help? And if not, you might, if wanting to do sports, try swimming. I would think that their weight would be mitigated by the water. In fact I'd think it'd help as they might help you float (?).

As for sleeping, what if you slept on your side? Or, trying to think outside the bra (sorry, heh, couldn't resist), maybe have a bunch of pillows or blankets on your bed *except* where your chest is and that way you could sleep on your stomach?

Your size sounds amazing, if I may say so, but I am sorry you have to go through so much pain and trouble. Hopefully you'll find a workable and comfortable solution soon. :)

  • Good lord that sounds awesome! Your figure must be a sight to behold! You're boyfriend is a VERY lucky guy indeed!

Now if you're having back pain, the key here is to work on your posture and to strengthen your back muscles, in addition to wearing the right bra. I think a problem for a lot of busty girls--especially younger ones--is that they slump their shoulders to try to hide their endowments, but that's poor posture and will stress your back. If you have good posture you'll keep your back straight and your shoulders down and back. That will make your boobs stand out a bit more, but it's still the right thing to do posture wise. And do some back exercises and maybe some yoga.

Good luck! I hope you come to love your boobs as much as I'm sure most guys do! ;-)

  • I think you should seriously consider breast reduction in the future. Because by what you've said it seems that your boobs are impacting your life

  • No comments from the girls. They must think this girl is crazy or BS'ing. Or both lol.

Size 8 UK is size 4 US. Anyway, in my head the proportion of your boobs to your body (X-Small) is quite significant and hard to believe. How tall are you? From experience, girls who wear Extra Small shirts are really skinny or pretty short. I can't believe how a tiny body could manage to have breasts that big.

Since you're under 18, breast reduction is pretty much out of the question. You may want to discuss this with your mother. Or some girls at a women's clothing store. They might be helpful.

But I'm a guy so what the hell do I know about women's breasts. :p

  • Love that girls smell BS And avoid and guys think "why are only guys answering?"

  • I didn't even know that size existed. Well, have you tried wearing a sports bra when you play sports. I think that should help your bouncing problems.

  • I have known two ladies who had breast reduction surgery for such a situation. Their breasts are still amazing in appearance, but no longer painful to them.

  • um sports bra or support bra maybe?

  • O_____O. I...I don't know what to say miss... I hope you find a way to live with them. You sound incredible.

    • this comment made my night from laughing so hard

    • I get that a lot from people.

    • lol

  • I would definitely consider breast reduction surgery if I were you... I knew a girl in your situation and after she got breast reduction surgery, she definitely felt better and said she didn't have any complications with recovery.

  • I would see if you could train and loose any extra weight. I would focus on upper body and core exercises.

  • I'm sorry you are suffering because of your chest. If I were Lucky enough to be married to a woman like you I'd try to help her feel better with back massages or finding her other options for her breast.

  • I know I can't believe I'm saying this either but breast reduction surgery. You could really develop serious back problems. Plus, D or DD would still be nice.
