My girlfriend was hit by someone on her vagina when in her teens, she mentions the pain was excruciating and hurt for quite a few days but unless it's really hard one can compare it to being socked in the stomach or face hard.

Hit it kind of on the side labia, had a big black bruise. It is painful and now that side of my labia is a little "tougher" like the tissue was damaged and developed a callus that never went away.
