Haven't had sex in over a year, will it hurt when I do it again?

I haven't had sex, fingered myself or used any toys in over a year. I do masturbate, but not with penetration. I've only had sex with one guy despite my age (30), so I haven't had sex since that relationship ended. I've been single for a little of a year now. When I have sex again, will it hurt like it did when I lost my virginity? I do kegel exercises a couple of times a month (It suppose to be good to do that so as you age you decrease your chances of loss of bladder control, easier to give birth (from what I heard) etc.

If the sex is done properly,I doubt that it will be in any way unpleasant.

I once had sex with a woman who hadn't had any sex for 7 years.It was a little tight the first time,but still pleasant for all concerned.I'm a bit bigger than normal,and I didn't find that unusual.

can't say I can help you there. However, if you've only gone to home base once throughout your 30 years of living I'd think that it wouldn't be any different than the first time.

truthfully you had sex with one guy if his dick was small or average and the next guy is huge or above average and its been a year it may hurt cause he would have to break you to his size.

It shouldn't hurt like the first time, but you'll probably be a bit stiff. The PC muscles are like any muscle... if you're not accustomed to using them, they need a bit of warming up before vigorous exercise.
