why do you care when the penis is flaccid when you are not at the moment turned on? you should be worrying about not getting flaccid when you are supposed to be hard... and if that is the case, I would find it a turn off because during foreplay and intercourse I like it REALLY hard...

No they aren't all that small when flaccid. there isn't any correlation between flaccid and erect size, but some hang 3 or 4 inches when flaccid.
