Muscular calves: good or bad?

Question

I have always had muscular, thick calves. My ankles are not big and I don't have cankles. I can calf raise 360 easy on a Smith and I've never thought that my calves were unattractive before, but a girl I know recently told me that I have "man" calves. So guys, what do you think? Turn on, or turn off?

Nice. Sturdy and attractive. Soccer/field hockey calves.

You are flexing, which gives you more definition but heels will show that too.

Like to have seen them flat footed for comparison.

Just one man's opinion but big, strong calves are HOT.
I'd love to watch a girl like you using that Smith machine, and see if you could get those legs strong enough to push a few hundred pounds on there plus myself standing on the stack, going for a little ride!

you're asian,asian girls tend to have bigger calves,perfectly normal,and I doubt it'll keep you from attracting others.     (I doubt an actress that has been hired so many times to play the seductress would be hired because she's so damn ugly and manly)

No, they're not unattractive,  it makes you look athletic.. but I think you should get more self-esteem and stop worrying about what other girls/guys think. If you're happy with your body, that's all that matters.

The calves in the look look fine. Don't compare you calves to those of models, as their's are too skinny, and actually don't look as good as more muscular calves.
