I'm really self conscious about my boobs... Should I be?

I'm 18 years old... I weigh 49kg and I'm short - 5"11, but I have big boobs (12D). I'm really self conscious about my boobs and often don't like to show them off but my friends keep saying "what's wrong with them I'm jealous of you! If I were you I would show them off". I feel like people are constantly looking at me. It might not necessarily be true but I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing... Do you think I should be so self conscious about them?

  • Unfortunately in today's society body image is a big thing. Most girls want some part of their body changed. I think that girls that have big boobs on small frames are incredibly lucky as this is fairly rare. At least where I am from in Sweden I think the average breast size for non overweight girls is a B. You should try to learn to love them as over the next few years you could really start to love them, as you are different than most girls.

  • Well if you think about it, showing off boobs is considered "slutty" so you may not want that kinda attention thus turning you off from doing that. But unless they sag too much you shouldn't be worried about someone not liking them. There's an audience for all boob sizes.

  • If you're self conscious because you don't want the attention I understand. If you feel self conscious because you think it's unappealing I think most guys would disagree with you. Personally I find a short girl attractive and one with large boobs is a bonus.

  • No. It's funny that you don't like showing them off. Fat chicks won't fucking put them away. You're the kind of girl we like to see them on although they're probably too big for your frame and may give you back issues.

  • Do you mean 4'11"? 5'11 is tall. That's 180 cms. I have no idea how big 12 D is. But I don't think you should be self-conscious, but I don't know what they look like so I can't be sure as to whether or not I would be self conscious about them if I were a girl, but even without seeing them I don't think you should be. Especially if other people are saying that they're jealous of you because you have them.
