it depends on the relationship. In a typical relationship any physical contact with the intent of mutual satisfaction is equally bad as it demonstrates at least a shred of dissatisfaction with the relationship - I would see no point in maintaining such a relationship .

Definitely for the reason you mentioned. Also for the fact that she'd have to actively be working at doing something with the guy whereas all the way, the could be other circumstances involved.
Both suck because they are cheating and its more about the emotional aspect than the act. Both are sexual and that involves some form of intimacy so they are worse than kissing
