U do realize tights and leggings are 2 different articles of clothing? Tights are semi opaque, like really heavy pantyhose. These are what you see most little girls (8 and younger) wearing, under there dresses durning the colder months or most little girls wear them for gymnastics. Women also wear them and they serve the same purpose for skirts and shorter dresses. Leggings on the other hand should NOT be see through AT ALL. If they are then they are see through then either the woman is also confused about the difference or they're confused about the size that they should be wearing.
If you can see any of their lady bits then you should tell them because they may not be doing it purposely and need to invest in a mirror.

I'm a rather conservative girl so.. I usually wear a long top to cover up whatever that's supposed to be private. And if I don't have a long top, I either wear a skirt over it, or give up the idea of wearing tights.
And if you're asking whether you should let the girl know, consider how close you are to her first, and if she's conservative or not. Chances are, if she's conservative, she wouldn't want you to let her know, maybe drop a hint or two, as it feels like a giant dig into her dignity knowing that you've seen her parts. Also, if you're a complete stranger, she might just give you the finger and strode off.

I feel like this is only noticeable on girls who wear them way too tight...and no, you shouldn't say anything.
Not sure if they are tights, leggings, or yoga pants.(I'm guy would not look good in them). What I'm talking about is really tight, sort of transparent.
I like wearing leggings. And yes mainly cause I like guys staring at my butt. It may be pervy but I take it as a compliment. I always wear a thong underneath though. Don't know where you saw a girl wearing nothing under it.
So it is, in a way to draw attention to your goodies. Do me a favor, put on a tight pair with no panties. Then look at yourself in the mirror. Let me know if it's rather revealing.

All girls in my area wear them everyday but I can't say many people people purposely stare and notice every single little thing like this guy probably does with his binoculars lol
