The only surgeries i've heard about is the one where they cut the suspensery ligament but then the penis is less stable and will tend to point down. This can add about an inch of length. The other is sewing cadaver tissue around the penis to add girth. I believe this significantly reduces sensitivity. Both seem like bad options. James D looks like his penis is about 6 maybe 7 inches.
