Why I Don't Advocate Feminism Even Though I Advocate Egalitarianism

ADFSDF1996

I'm sure most of you that have been on this site for more than a year know that I'm not a feminist or a "SJW". I've been asked "but why don't you support Feminism if you believe in Egalitarianism?" First of all, Feminism itself especially third wave feminism is not Egalitarianism. Obviously I can simply say that I just don't agree with the methods feminism and SJWs(radical liberals) use but I think it's better if I explain in detail why I don't support third feminism.

1.) Feminism is not what it use to be

Third wave feminism has turned into a hate group, it use to be a civil rights group when it use to go by the name of "Women's suffrage"(first wave) and then it would be known as equal pay for women(second wave), they use to be great movements since those two groups had noble causes but now, it has degraded into what is known as third wave feminism. It's obviously a hate group but it's not "politically correct" to call them a hate group. So most people are afraid to speak against them.

2.) Bigotry of third wave feminism/social justice

It might focus on the issues of women, Blacks, Muslims and LGBT people but it usually neglects Men, Asians, Whites, Hispanics and Native Americans. For example, if a woman suffers a crime; there will be a lot of people who will comfort her and call for justice but if a man suffers a crime, people will ignore him and might even laugh at him if he was a victim of a sex crime.

3.) Their tendency to be anti religion

I don't understand why they find it neccesary to go around attacking religion just because they generalize all religious people as "intolerant". They accuse Christians of being Homophobic when there are many Christians who welcome LGBT to their communities. There are even some LGBT that are Christians as well.

4.) Hypocrisy

There have been many occasions where third wave feminists have shown hypocrisy. They complain about women being objectified and sexualized, yet they believe it's okay to objectify men. They think it's okay for women to have a international women's day but they are opposed to men having a international men's day. They think it's offensive to depict men being dominant but they think it's okay for women to be depicted as dominant. They are against violence against women but they think violence against men is okay.https://www.avoiceformen.com/feminism/feminist-lies-feminism/double-standard-rapeib/

5.) Enforcing political correctness

This something that has become a major issue. Third wave feminists/SJWs use this new tactic called Political correctness, they use it to silence their opposition. It has altered society worldwide in a negative way. It has caused people to develop undeserved negative reputations, it has caused people to lose their jobs, it causes people fear about speaking what they truly believe. It has even caused the entertainment industry to "tone down" their work. Certain college campuses have been trying to enforce political correctness. I personally view Political correctness as a "party pooping" policy.

6.) It shames Masculinity

Ever since third wave feminism became a trend, it has been constantly attacking masculinity by using phrases such as "toxic masculinity" and by encouraging men to act and dress less manly. I'm not shaming guys who act and dress unmanly, I'm saying that men shouldn't feel pressured to act a dress feminine.

7.) It shames male sexuality

Men, specifically straight men tend to get shamed by the third wave feminists for checking out women. Men are stereotyped as "perverted pigs", men are stereotyped as being unable to control their sexual urges when in reality most men have complete control over their sexual urges.

8.) Feminism is no longer necessary in first world countries

While feminism is no longer required in first world countries(US, Western European countries, Japan) first wave feminism is required in certain third world countries.

The one thing most people haven't noticed is that third wave feminists tend to hate Japan because Japan does not care about feminism or political correctness. Sure, you have all the "Japanophobes" saying that Japan needs feminism but in reality, Japan does not need feminism. I've never been to Japan but I do know some people who have been there and they told me that Japanese women already have the same rights men have.

For the third world countries where there is actual misogyny, if feminism were to rise there, it shouldn't go past the 2nd wave stage.

Here in the US, everyone already has the same rights so there is no need for feminism/Social justice or polical correctness.

9.) Miscellaneous things I've noticed about third wave feminism

Recently, there have been Asian-Americans that use to be feminist who have been leaving the feminist/PC movement. The reasons for this exodus vary but a lot of them are because of third wave feminism's neglect towards them.

Why I Don't Advocate Feminism Even Though I Advocate Egalitarianism

These are the main reasons why I don't advocate third wave feminism. It isn't actually about equal human rights, it's about giving special treatment to certain groups. Egalitarianism on the other hand actually cares about everyone equally. This is why I advocate Egalitarianism not third wave feminism.
