I just thought I'd share a few
Reason #9
I am eighteen years old. I am a college student. I do not wear short skirts, I do not drink or smoke. I do not need to justify the fact that I was assaulted, twice. I deserve a future where the vile actions of my attackers have shaped my entire life, do not continue to dictate my life. I was raped and yet I was not hopeless. I am now. I am hopeless at the thought of living in a world where my victimhood is questioned and blamed. I am hopeless at the state of our government, and I am hopeless at your ability to represent people like me in your constituency: college students, professionals, men and women and children who are being hurt again for the actions of terrible people. I do not know much about you, besides your voting record. But, I pray you don’t have daughters. If you do, I pray they never feel the hopelessness I do.
Reason #14

Pre e during condition. Ulcerative colitis. My son had a pituitary brain tumor he will also die

Reason #18

My wife will suffocate without the asthma medication that Obamacare allowed us to afford.

Reason #19

I am a 63 year old army vet. I served during the end of the Vietnam conflict. I have the following pre-existing conditions: spinal stenosis, fibroid tumors, hypertension, cataracts. I have not been able to afford ANY medical care since May 2015, when my employer refused to pay for surgery and I was unable to work without it.

Reason #21

i might not die, until my pesky pre-existing condition of being raped as a child comes to light. maybe i should have lived better and been born rich, huh? you can all choke on the ashes of every single person you just killed. enjoy cashing that unemployment check in 2018.

Reason #25

I have a rare form of leukemia, no cure or remission. I can stay alive for a long time if I take daily oral chemo. But without insurance I can’t afford my meds and I will die without my medications.

Reason #41

Despite being a good person, I am nearly entirely composed of pre-existing conditions that I have struggled with since birth. If I don’t die from lack of coverage due to one of them, I may just drop dead from the sorrow of knowing that the Republican members of congress are positively gleeful at the prospect of the deaths of myself and millions of my fellow Americans.

Reason #47

I will die because I’m a type II diabetic.
I will die because I’m a volunteer fireman and probably going to get cancer at some point.
I will die because I went to the World Trade Center and didn’t have a respirator.

I am now going to get my next insurance denied because of this. These are all pre-existing conditions.

Reason #5

My combat tour in Iraq resulted in enough disability to make me uninsurable, but not enough to get all my healthcare through the VA. You killed me, you prick.

Reason #4

Asthma. I cannot afford to be in a high-risk pool and without health insurance, I will die of an asthma attack. I will die of an easily controlled incurable lung disease that affects millions. I hope my parents put my blue-faced body on Congressman Lloyd Smucker’s doorstep.

These are real people who are in real danger of dying because of access to healthcare, its absolutely insane that in the country we live in and with the level of advances we've made that the truly vile creatures that can really only be called technically human known as the GOP politicians who voted for the AHCA decide that this is okay. Why? all so some rich assholes don't have to pay more taxes. Its clear that if these members of congress had even the slightest hint of a moral compass they wouldn't have voted for it.

@xHoneyxBeex can you put this in society and politics because it keeps putting it in sexual behavior
