How to Reach True Confidence?

Here on GAG I find so many guys/girls who lack of confidence. I'm here to give you tips to boost confidence.

Difference between INNER confidence and OUTER confidence.

Outer confidence is material, it lasts only for couple of minutes and it fades away :

• new car


• new laptop etc..

Inner confidence is something you need to work about. There's no way you can get every single girl out there, but you need to fail over and over again.

• Approach different girls


• Say hi to girl and just start doing pushups.


• Give random people high five

Every hobbies, passion you have don't be afraid to express every one around you. Who fucking care, if people don't like you they can go fuck themselves!

What you just need to do

1. Go out


2. Stop giving a fuck

a lot of people want to have inner confidence by taking "magic pill"... but to get inner confidence you need to go out of comfort zone.

Isn't that perfect to find a perfect girlfriend?: If you answer is NO: go ahead and go back to jacking off to porn 5 times a day.

If your answer is YES : just go out and do it!

I think you could have been more specific about the not giving a fuck. It should be more like "stop giving a fuck about the negative things people say about you".

not giving a Fuck could make your confidence worse. People who step outside, with the clothes they slept in, not caring if they have their face or teeth washed are truly the ones who give no fucks. Listen, find yourself. The only people who come off as confident are in tune with themselves. Their style, hair, walk, and the form in which they talk in all boil down to their confidence. You feel nice you'll feel great. Work out a bit, get some nice clothes. Try a new hair style and straighten your back. Speak like you mean it, mumbling won't make things better.

You need to step into reality... Failing "over and over again" doesn't give you "inner confidence", it makes you feel like shit. It's like me standing there pounding my fist into a brick wall and with every strike my knuckles just get more bruised, more bloody, but yet I say "just one more hit and I'll break through." Of course I would be a moron to think that. No, common sense says I'm going to break my fucking hand if I keep up this stupid behavior. That's reality. Keep practicing, maybe one day you'll do a video that make sense.

that's totally not true, failing over and over again gives you inner confidence. I tried and yeah at first I feel like shit, but they I said why would I need to worry, actually? My confidence boosted since then.
