In my mother tongue - Tamil of Tamil Nadu, South India
1) kalai nalla (Kalai - morning; nalla - good) or 'suprabhatam' - a common word between various indian languages derived from Sanskrit (where 'prabhatam' is morning & 'su' is good)
2) Nee / Neenga eppadi erukkai / eruukeil (nee is for same or younger age group while neengal is for older to you / respected for 'you'; eppadi - are you; erukkai for someone is for same or younger age group while 'errukeil' is for older to you / respected)
In the languages I'm conversant with
Hindi (National Language of India)
1) Suprabhat
2) aap kaise ho (how are you for someone older or respected - use of word 'aap') / tu / tum kaise / kaisi ho / hain (tu/tum denotes addressing a person of the same / younger age; kaise is for addressing a male while 'kaisi' is for addressing a female & likewise for 'ho' / 'hain')
Kannada (State language of Karnataka - South India)
1) How are you - nee aega iddhe
2) Gujarati - already explained by @DanteSparda
Punjabi (State language of Punjab)
1) literally is 'Savera de cage' but the common usage is 'Sat Sri Akal' [sat means truth, sri is an honorific word and Akaal (or Akal) means the timeless being]
2) kine tuhanu hana
Sindhi (Part of Pakistan and earlier undivided India)
1) Subho Bakhair
2) Keeyan aahyo
Italian
1) buongiorno
2) come stai

220 have disappeared in the past 50 years and it is estimated that another 150 may vanish in the next 50 since people migrate, kids don't learn the native tongue etc :)
