I used to be fat and just recently got abs finally and now I'm so quick to take my shirt off lol. I live in Canada so it's still cold right now but when I'm hanging out with a girl I take my sweater off in a way that shows I have abs so they know ;)
I'm not in any way out of shape for my age , so.. No I would not be embarrassed at all to peel my shirt off , provided it was somewhere that I didn't worry about somebody being offended
Nah, I work out and eat healthy so if I was taking off my shirt to reveal my bikini body -- not an issue. I really wants slight abs though >.< right now I just have a flat stomach. I need to do more strength training...
K so here's the thing...
I'd go shirtless (with a sports bra on, of course) because I know people would think I'm fit. BUT I'm not as fit as I'd like to be so I'd be self conscious about it.
Yeah I am. It's like er who could be looking at you when you do lift up your shirt? Lol I hope this scenario is at the beach or swimming pool area or something

I'm in reasonable shape, but I'm embarrassed to take my shirt off b/c I have two large Playboy bunny logos prominently tattooed on my my arms. They are the first (and only ) things people see, and I get tired of the wincing and grimacing when others see them.
Too embarrassed by all the car-wrecks I'll cause from distracting drivers with my boobs.
Next time you should put an option down so girls can see the answers too (unless of course you meant this to be a unisex poll).
I just recently lost weight and feel like even if I got fit or even buff I'd still feel uncomfortable. If had muscle and Abs I'd probably still feel like the fat guy.
I'm not to where I want to be, but I'm content at where I am at. I think I have a pretty decent looking body.

As long as I'm wearing sportsbra or bathing suit underneath I'm cool with it. I'm not skinny or anything but I don't really care or mind. :)

I've taken my shirt off at the gym while playing basketball, but never in a setting where it could be considered showing off.

Hell yeah I don't mind taking my shirt off in public. I don't mean to sound cocky, I'm just kinda proud, but I've got a nice body. I work out regularly, and have a nice set of abs, so I wouldn't hesitate to take off my shirt
