Why do people think they can mess with me?

a lot of people think they can mess with me and makes jokes and stuff.. they can't and when i say stop they keep joking around. i know it's not serious but some guys think they can call me bad words and then when my friends there no one messes with her... is it because they dont take me seriously.. i do joke around myself so is that why?

either they don't take u seriously as u said... or they just like teasin u, but they don't understand when a joke should end...

Don't joke too much about yourself... it will backfire since people will think "hey if she can make fun of herself so can we..."

Try to be more serious and you'll see a slight change
