Well all races have stuck up girls. Im indian, so i mostly know indian girls, so id probably say they are the most stuck up (the ones that are), but im sure guys of other races might feel the same about other girls. Dont get me wrong , i love my indian girls😉.
I've met a few, and I don't come across many Asians. Actually, I would rank them second on the "stuck up list"(Indians ARE Asian, unless the @Asker was referring to Native American "Indians." )
Based on my experiences, I would probably say Asian girls. Before anyone jumps on me says I'm racist I am also an Asian girl lol. I've met some sweet ones, but sadly it's rare to meet a genuine one (maybe because the area I'm in). Ironically the ones who are the most stuckup are the ones with White guys or the ones who try to be/act White. They act like they are higher class or better just because they are with a White guy. I'm also with a White guy too, but I don't think I'm better or act like some special dime just because I'm with one.
I would not vote a race as the most stuck up as I have seen stuck up girls from each race, except Indian in person because I've been yet to meet more than 2 Indian girl and talked to them almost non existent
Asian women are royally stuck up, especially the ones who've gone blonder and got fake boobs (nothing against blonde Asians with fake boobs, LOL, my mom went blonder & got a boob job last year after her & my dad got div'd) Most of all, Asian women just have the most bored Resting Bitch face out of all the others
All of those chicks look stuck up and probably take a lot of selfies. People who take a lot of selfies and dress preppy and all dazzled up. They tend to be more stuck up.

Why does it always come down to generalizing a race or ethnicity?
frankly, I will not approach these women. If you give me a stuck up vibe, then you will automatically be rejected. Things that will get a woman an automatic rejection from me; has a mini purse, was/is a cheerleader, TAKES SELFIES, cares about a man's height, says like too much, poses in the resting bitch face, poses in the duckface, wears stilettos, watches housewives, watches vanderpump rules, bascally watches any reality tv show that kills off brain cells, has no education, the list can go on
Not the ones I've been around. There are Asian girls who won't date other Asian guys because of "no dating Asian" policy or some won't date a guy because he's fat or doesn't make enough $. But again, depends on who you meet. I'm Asian myself so I've seen it many times.
