honestly I've been in your shoes a lot if my life. Tough skin. Develop it and learn not to care much. It will help you in the real world with jobs. People tend to pick on the person thats the most quiet because they tend to not respond. The best I can tell you is to just distance yourself if it hurts too much or try not to take people so seriously. Good Luck
This is how people who are viewed as weak get treated and being "quiet, polite and considerate" is viewed as being weak because you're not assertive. Play the long con. Use your "friends" to get you jobs, work hard, get promoted to their boss and then fire them. You're a better person than them so fuck'em.
